iTLS™®?

Process improvement approaches have been used for over 3 decades with a checkered history. Dr. Pirasteh has performed experiments and obtained quantitative data as to the effectiveness of Lean, Six Sigma and TLS --This had never been done before-- As a result he has formulated iTLS™®. iTLS stands for integrated Theory Of Constraints (TOC), Lean, Six Sigma.

iTLS™ is a unique approach that utilizes strengths of these methodologies and applies them in a special well-tested formula that the outcome financial benefits are typically 400-600% higher than if either one of the TOC, Lean or Six Sigma were applied alone.

iTLS™ fills the voids and gaps among the existing popular CPI approaches simply and practically. iTLS™ is a process that has been put in practice for over 1,000 projects worldwide and proven to be extremely effective.

iTLS™ is not simply a combination of tools from Lean, TOC and Six Sigma. ITLS system is a result of over 15 years of field experimentations where Dr. Pirasteh began from 1996. From 2003 to 2005 the entire system was documented as a doctoral dissertation. In 2005 the system was introduced publicly through APICS and Weber University.
